About

Angela is a warm, nurturing and compassionate therapist who is committed to providing a safe space for her clients to grow and create meaningful change. As a health psychologist with extensive experience working in multidisciplinary pain management teams, Angela is passionate about providing evidence-based psychotherapy to help people living with chronic pain reduce pain, improve emotional wellbeing and quality of life. Most of Angela’s previous experience has been gained working as a health psychologist in both the community setting, including Eastern Health and The Salvation Army, and the private hospital and inpatient rehabilitation settings including Empower Rehab and Cabrini Women’s Mental Health. She is skilled in CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness. Alongside her clinical experience, Angela is a seasoned researcher who has published papers on a variety of topics from eating disorders, substance abuse, to emotion regulation and impulse control.
