10-week psychology-based pain program
At the core of your journey with More Good Days is our neuroscience and psychology-based pain management program, a 10-week telehealth course delivered through an app and guided by a dedicated therapist to help you move beyond pain and live the life you want.
Each week we will introduce a new topic that will help you gain new knowledge and skills to identify and manage your unique pain activators, improve function, and move towards living a healthier, more fulfilling life. Here are some example topics:
